Genevieve Dame is a senior associate representing individual and corporate clients in all aspects of business litigation, arbitration and mediation. She has represented clients in the areas of computer theft, medical peer review proceedings, corporate theft, business torts and contract litigation, to name a few. Ms. Dame has argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia and Georgia Superior and Magistrate Courts. She represents clients in all Georgia State, Appellate, and Federal Courts. Ms. Dame works closely with clients to navigate them through the litigation process as efficiently as possible and in an effort to assist them in fully understanding the strengths and weaknesses of their case.

Ms. Dame graduated Cum Laude with High Departmental Honors and University Honors from Northern Illinois University and received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where she excelled as a top member of Moot Court and Student Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Dame has been formally recognized by the Governor’s office and Georgia Assembly for her accomplishments and was recently named a “Georgia Rising Star” by Atlanta magazine, which recognizes the top 2.5 percent of the best attorneys in Georgia who are either under 40 or who have been practicing ten or fewer years.
